Kepak Group wins 8 awards at annual Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards!

Kepak named ‘Best in County’ for Cork.

Kepak Group has claimed eight awards at this year’s prestigious Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards, including the ‘Best in County’ supplier award for Cork. As one of Europe’s leading food innovators, Kepak was up against the top Irish producers in a range of distinct categories at the country’s biggest competition for quality produce.

Notably, Kepak scooped Gold awards for SuperValu Cowboy steak and SuperValu Slow Cooked Beef Brisket in Onion Gravy. The company also claimed silver for their SuperValu signature tastes beef fillet and T-bone steak offering. There were also bronze awards for the popular ‘Signature Tastes Hampshire Pork Belly Roast with Black Pepper and Herb Glaze’ and ‘Inspired by Centra Irish Angus Striploin Steaks’.

Now in its 13th year, Blas na hEireann, The Irish Food Awards, is the biggest competition for quality Irish produce on the island of Ireland. Over 2500 products were entered into the competition to win Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in a broad range of food and drink categories.
