Kepak Athleague partners with Roscommon Women’s Network to support 110 local families this Christmas

Kepak Athleague has partnered with Roscommon Women’s Network Cycle Up programme to provide support to 110 families within the local community with food and gifts this Christmas.

Kepak Athleague has sponsored the making and delivery of food and gift bags by Roscommon Women’s Network to South Roscommon Family Resource Centre and Castlerea Family Resource Centre to families in need. The bags were made by members of the Roscommon Women’s Network Cycle Up programme.

Speaking about the initiative, Kepak Athleague Purchasing Manager, Lorna Kennedy said: “Over the last couple of years, we have had a very successful and rewarding partnership with Roscommon Women’s Network as part of Kepak Athleague’s annual Christmas gifting initiative for 2023. We are very conscious of the support we have received from the people of Roscommon over the last number of years so it is particularly important for us to have this opportunity to give back to the community. We are acutely aware that Christmas can be a challenging time of year for many families and we hope that this initiative can go a small way to bringing some Christmas cheer to those in need.”
