Kepak achieves Gold Award for exclusive Inspired by Centra Irish Angus Sirloin Steaks with Pink Peppercorn sauce
Kepak Group took home top prizes at Ireland’s biggest and most prestigious, food competition, Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards.
As one of Europe’s leading food innovators, Kepak was up against a high calibre of Irish producers in a range of distinct categories at the country’s biggest celebration of Irish food and drink.
Kepak scooped a Gold Award for its exclusive Inspired by Centra Irish Angus Sirloin Steaks with Pink Peppercorn sauce and Butchers Select Rump Steak Sandwich. The company also achieved a Chef’s Larder Award for its delicious SuperValu Beef Tomahawk Steak which was noted for its beautiful taste and marbled appearance in addition to a bronze award for the SuperValu Garlic Herb Lamb Tomahawk Steak.

Now in its 14th year, Blas na hÉireann, The Irish Food Awards, is the biggest competition for quality Irish produce on the island of Ireland. Products from every county in Ireland were entered into the competition in a broad range of food and drink categories.
