As part of the innovative partnership between Kepak and Musgrave MarketPlace, the Butcher Prime Certified Irish Angus Beef Range will be supplied to Ireland’s finest restaurants.
The Butcher Prime Certified Irish Angus Beef Range is world renowned for higher levels of marbling which deliver superior taste, succulence and flavour. It is hand selected, hip hung and matured for 21 days which also adds to its outstanding quality.
In addition, The Butcher Prime Irish Angus Beef is accredited by the Certified Irish Angus Producer Group which ensures the quality and consistency of the beef and is guaranteed 100% Irish Angus beef through DNA traceability. It is also 100% Bord Bia Quality Assured and proudly sourced from dedicated local Kepak suppliers nationwide who are committed to the highest animal welfare standards and sustainable farming practices.
This new offering marks almost 20 years of Kepak supplying its sustainable Irish beef products to Musgrave MarketPlace, including Butcher Select Brand, Butchers Prime Brand and Simply Meat Brand.
The supreme flavour and taste of these products were acknowledged at the most recent World Steak Challenge in 2021, when Kepak’s Butcher Select Rib Eye Steak achieved a gold medal at the prestigious global awards.
