On Wednesday (17/12/2025), our Young Sheep Farmer Forum met with the Joint Committee on Agriculture and Food at Leinster House, giving TDs and Senators the opportunity to hear directly from the next generation of sheep farmers.
The energy, insight and practical solutions shared were hugely encouraging — and it was especially positive to hear the Committee recognise the value of these voices and commit to working with the group going forward.
It has been a pleasure to help facilitate a forum that empowers young farmers to collaborate, influence policy and shape a sustainable, viable future for Irish sheep farming.
