Our specialist Slow Cooked business unit focuses on delivering high-quality meat and innovative added value meats to consumers via the Sous Vide cooking process and established relationships with major retail and foodservice partners.
As one of Ireland’s largest processors of beef, lamb and pork, we are able to use this scale and expertise to develop and manufacture a wide range of slow-cooked products including delicious Pulled Meats, succulent Rib Racks and traditional Lamb Shanks.
By using the Sous Vide cooking technique Kepak can deliver convenient, restaurant-quality food to the end consumer in a matter of minutes. As market leaders, the Slow-cooked business unit is actively engaged with customers to develop and launch industry leading private label products whilst also developing a number of Kepak owned brands such as Big Jake’s, and Global Cuisine that allow customers quick access to the hugely popular slow-cooked market.
