Then I was trained to do any job connected with the machines on the production line. After a while my supervisor gave me the chance to prove myself as a line leader which was challenging but worth it. Everyone can get a chance here if you try to do your best. Even now, after working here for some time, I am still learning every day." MEET SCOTT RAMSBOTTOM THE TEAM WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPED ME WHENEVER I NEEDED ASSISTANCE. I started my time as a mechatronics apprentice at Kepak in September of 2018. When I started as a 16-year-old school leaver I was very nervous as I didn’t know what to expect from a full-time job.
