This is an intensive structured 1-year programme for graduates from all disciplines. It is designed by management teams through discussion with graduates themselves, with a large focus on individual training requirements.
We are looking for candidates from all academic backgrounds including business, accounting, marketing, agricultural science, food science, technology, I.T. and engineering.
Successful candidates may also avail of the Export Orientation Programme (EOP), which is run in conjunction with Irish Business Employers Confederation. This allows for a 6 to 12 month period, working with Kepak Group in one of our European offices or our international Trading divisions office, where individuals can develop skills in a particular area that, in many cases, will determine their future care.
