Our close relationship to our supplier base and direct supply channels ensures that we can procure Lambs by specific Breed, weight, conformation or age depending on the demands of our clients consumers.

Our Cut Lamb is traditionally produced by our butchers and packaged with full tracabilty to farms of origin.
