Kepak is a family-owned, future-facing company. Founder Noel Keating opened the Keatings butcher shop in 1966. Since then, Kepak have grown significantly, maintaining the trust of our dedicated suppliers and customers to produce quality meats, nutritious innovation and great-tasting products.

Kepak has grown from a family-run butcher shop on Dublin’s Francis Street to an internationally operating, multi-faceted food innovator.

Over 5,000 people work with us, across 43 countries, delivering prime cuts of fresh meat, successful brands and on-trend, food innovations to our valued clients and customers.

We work with over 28,000 farms and farming families through fair trade, knowledge transfer and sustainability initiatives that will safeguard our great land, long into the future.

Goldstar Meats founded.

1981

Kepak founded in Clonee.

1983

Kepak Farm is setup.

1989

Kepak Italy, Spain and France offices established.

1992

Acquired boning hall in Ballymahon.

1993

Passing of our founder Noel Keating leading to formation of Management Board.

Big Al’s launched.

1997

Certified Irish Angus and KK Clubs founded. Kepak Cork and Agra trading acquired.

Rustlers launched.

Slow Cook range launched.
